What to Expect During an Acupuncture Session

Your visit begins with a thorough conversation about your health history, symptoms, and goals. Treatments use thin, sterile needles placed at specific points to support circulation, regulate the nervous system, and balance energy flow.
You remain in control at all times, needles are placed with consent, and adjustments are always available.
I provide a trauma-informed approach rooted in LGBTQ+ affirming and gender-inclusive care. My acupuncture treatments are evidence-informed and tailored to support hormones, mental health, and pain through personalized treatment plans.
