Naturopathic Medicine that supports ADHD and burnout recovery. Inclusive, gender-affirming care

Naturopathic
Medicine

Naturopathic medicine takes a whole-person approach to health, addressing the root causes of symptoms rather than just managing them. At my Vancouver naturopathic practice, I provide compassionate, evidence-informed care to help you understand your body, restore balance, and feel like yourself again.

My approach combines the science of natural medicine with a deep respect for individuality, acknowledging that every person’s health journey is unique. I work with patients experiencing mental health concerns, stress, hormonal imbalances, digestive issues, and chronic fatigue, helping them create realistic, sustainable changes that support long-term wellness.

PCOS and other hormonal conditions/imbalances

I offer a holistic approach to balance hormones and manage symptoms like Irregular cycles, PMS, PMDD, hormonal acne and more. Together, we’ll design a plan that addresses the root cause through nutrition, herbal medicine, and lifestyle support.

ADHD, Neurodivergence and associated conditions

Managing ADHD is often more than just ADHD itself but the emotions, core beliefs, and other conditions that often develop alongside it. Education, empathy, and collaboration are the pillars of managing ADHD, utilizing a variety of modalities to create a plan that is specific for you. As a naturopath with a focus in ADHD, I use a variety of modalities to create a plan that’s specific to you. I also provide support for neurodiversity and related concerns such as ADHD and menopause, where hormonal changes may impact focus, energy, and mood.

Stress, mental health conditions, and trauma

Stress may be a natural part of life but it's not meant to take over yours. Chronic high stress can lead to both physical and mental health conditions, managing these through diet and lifestyle changes, and other natural therapies can bring you back into balance and promote resilience.

Mental Health conditions (anxiety, depression, panic attacks) and trauma

I take a trauma-informed approach that prioritizes empathy, safety, and collaboration to help manage distressing symptoms while also finding and gently addressing root causes. Using a combination of lab testing, pharmaceutical and natural therapies we will work together to create a unique treatment that feels right for you.

Nutritional deficiencies

Deciphering symptoms to discover any deficiencies and correcting them through supplementation, IV therapy, or dietary changes.

Insomnia, sleep problems, and fatigue

I investigate to find the root cause of fatigue and sleep issues to be able to give precise treatments for healthy sleep and improved energy levels.

LGBTQIA2S+ health

Non-judgemental, trauma-informed, and affirming LGBTQIA2D+ health that focuses on finding the root cause and takes a collaborative approach to create effective treatment plans that feel approachable.

What Is Naturopathic Medicine?

Naturopathic Medicine is a system of healthcare that combines modern science and medicine with natural forms of healing to create holistic health of the mind, body, and spirit. Principles of Naturopathic Medicine include treating the root cause, preventative care, treating the whole person, and physician as teacher.
In my practice in Vancouver, I combine both western medicine (pharmaceuticals, physical exams, lab testing, and IV therapy with natural therapies such as herbal medicine, traditional Chinese medicine, nutrition, acupuncture and counseling to provide personalized care.

Core Principles

  • Treats root causes, not just symptoms
  • Address the whole person—physical, emotional, and mental
  • Reduces reliance on long-term medications
  • Improves energy, mood, and hormonal balance
  • Supports better sleep and stress resilience
  • Support the body’s natural healing ability
  • Complements conventional medical care safely
  • Encourages active patient participation and education
